Proper Documentation Required
Accusations have been flung about! Horrible lies and accusations brought on by the last post!
I am happy to admit that our pre-Milo life was better documented, and Huck's first 21 months were faithfully and frequently recorded in pictures and blog entries. But since Milo has been around I've had a few people mention to me that I don't post pictures of Milo. There seems to be a general consensus that I take and post more pictures of my first born son than I do my baby boy. I am deeply disturbed by this! So I did what any sane, rational person would do: I counted!
For the record, from June 17, 2008 - June 17, 2009 there are 160 pictures of Huck and 154 of Milo on our Flickr.
So THERE! THERE! I only love Huck 6 pictures more than Milo!

It doesn't count if you loaded an assbucket of pictures of MiloBigPants just before putting this post up...

It's ok Marigold every parent loves their first born more and then spends the rest of their life trying to deny it.
The fact that you are able to take care of these two cuties and STILL upload pictures and stories for our enjoyment speaks tons to your love of both, as well as us! so, you are just a lovin' machine [i know everyone is thinking it, i just wanted to say it out loud].
I do not have 2 kids to take care of and raise, and i cannot even get the energy up to have a website at all, much less to menial things like take the garbage out and clean the house...or work late. or anything, really. so kudos to you.
[i could've been snarky, and i DEARLY wanted to in this post, but you know these other ppl better than you know me so i figured i wasn't "in" enough yet to do that...]

I didn't count pictures twice--meaning that any of those pictures that were previously uploaded, that no one seems to remember, that I RE-uploaded to make posting easier, were not counted in my count. Plus, one of the pictures of Huck was a screen cap of that Baby Babbe site he was on, and two were of him in a dress for my other blog, which was really for pics of the dress and not of him, so I'm subtracting 3 from Huck's total and now it's 157 to 154.
If you loved Milo as much as Huck, you would make him a pretty ruffly dress, too.
oh, and marigold, i am the third child in my family; my parents have hundreds of pics of my bro, many many pics of my sister growing up, and about 3 total of me without someone else in the frame. like, 3 polaroids....
and i didn't grow up to hate they THAT much....so you shouldn't worry!
